Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By registering for or using Vetty, you agree to these Terms. Grand Minds Technology("GMT") is the merchant of record and provides billing, hosting, and customer support for this marketplace solution.

2. Service description

Vetty is a cloud-based veterinary clinic management platform distributed as a white-label SaaS solution through the GMT ecosystem — including pet records, appointments, billing, inventory, reminders, and reporting.

Vetty is not a medical device, does not provide veterinary medical advice, and does not replace the professional judgment of a licensed veterinarian. Clinics are solely responsible for clinical decisions and compliance with veterinary regulations in their jurisdiction.

3. Licensed distribution

This service is marketed and sold by GMT under its registered licence activities (software design, hosting, e-commerce). See Licence Activities & Opportunities.

4. Free trial & subscription

New clinics receive a 14-day free trial on the Professional plan. After the trial, a paid subscription is required (€99/mo, monthly billing unless otherwise agreed). Subscriptions are purchased and renewed through GMT's billing systems.

5. Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful veterinary clinic operations.
• Keep login credentials confidential and assign roles appropriately.
• Do not attempt to bypass subscription controls or access other clinics' data.

6. Support

Billing, account, and first-line support is provided by GMT. Technical escalations may be handled by the technology partner through GMT.
