1. Who we are

Vetty is veterinary clinic management software listed on the Grand Minds Technology marketplace. Grand Minds Technology ("GMT") acts as merchant of record, hosting provider, and primary contact for customers in the GCC and European markets. The software is developed and maintained by the Vetty technology partner under a partner agreement.

GMT provides this service under its licensed activities including software design, data hosting, and e-commerce — see Licence Activities. Relevant activities: Computer Systems and Software Designing (6201001) — custom SaaS platform; Data Processing & Hosting (6311) — SaaS platform hosting; E-Commerce Through Websites (4791018) — online subscription sales; Information Technology Network Services (6202005) — managed infrastructure.

Data controller for billing and customer relationship: Grand Minds Technology, S.L. (CIF B88990122) and/or Grand Minds Technology (Licence CN-4267730), depending on your market and contract.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: clinic name, administrator name, username, contact phone, and email when provided.
• Clinic operational data: pet owners, pets, visits, appointments, billing records, inventory, and messages composed by your staff.
• Usage data: sign-in activity, audit logs, and subscription status.

3. How we use data

Data is used to provide and improve the service, manage subscriptions through GMT, provide support, and maintain security. Clinic operational data is processed solely to operate your clinic account.

4. Data ownership

Customer relationship and billing data collected through GMT's platform is managed according to the GMT partner policy. Clinic operational data entered by your team remains available to your clinic while your subscription is active.
